Animated films: production
An essential phase in animated film production
The production phase is when all the constituent elements of the film are created: the characters come to life and are animated, objects and sets are modeled and textured in 3D or physically created for a stop motion film, cameras are positioned, and scene lighting is set up. All elements are configured to allow computers to calculate the images for the creation of a 3D animation film and to execute the animations and shots for a stop motion animation film.
