Mélinée works for Blue Spirit, which has produced films such as The Mysterious Cities of Gold and My Life as a Courgette. She has attended screenings at MoPA of the final-year student project films.
Mélinée wears many hats as Director of Production. She has to understand what 3D animated film producers and directors want so the financial, technical, and artistic resources can be obtained to develop their films. So she handles hiring, production, supervision, staying on budget, scheduling, etc.
She believes the MoPA 3D film animation school plays a major role in France’s animation industry due to the technical and artistic quality of its students’ projects.
